Emergency Support

If you are in a time of crisis and fear for your own immediate safety or that of others, you should contact your GP for an emergency appointment, or where that isn't possible, you should attend your local A&E.

Alternatively you can contact the Samaritans by telephone or Shout by text for in-the-moment support.

Shout: www.giveusashout.org - 24-hour text support

Samaritans: www.samaritans.org - 24-hour telephone support

Since March 2020 there has been a significant increase in the need for mental health support, meaning that many therapists and counsellors have waiting lists in place for 1-1 work. You may be able to access support via groups or online that can answer some of your immediate need.

My work during the pandemic

During the pandemic I am meeting clients both on Zoom and face-face, where restrictions allow and both I and my client feel comfortable that the risk of infection can be minimised. I am only meeting clients face-face at my home practice in White City.
